  2. Payhere Payments: If a customer pays using Payhere, refunds will be processed through the Payhere platform. The following conditions apply to Payhere payments: a. The customer must request a refund by contacting our customer support team within 14 days of the initial purchase. b. The product or service for which the refund is being requested must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. c. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the initial purchase. d. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the customer’s refund request is approved.

General Refund Terms and Conditions:
